2. Service Description

The app provides keyword metrics and related insights for selected markets and languages. Metrics are delivered through our licensed provider infrastructure and are based on third-party source data.

3. Subscriptions

• Some features require an auto-renewable subscription purchased via Apple In‑App Purchase.
• Subscription terms, billing, renewal and cancellations are managed by Apple.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or abuse the service.

5. Availability

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Metrics are estimates sourced from third-party data systems via our provider infrastructure and may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app use.
